Perogie and beef stew lasagna

Image
I box lasagna noodles  1 batch homemade perogie potato with cheese filling  1 batch homemade beef stew 1) Cook pasta to aldente 2)Line a greased baking pan with parchment paper 13 x 9 or individual small disposable foil loaf pans  3) put a layer of noodles, then a layer of potatoes, then, noodles. 4) add a layer of the stew and then the noodles and repeat until pans are full. Bake at 375 until warmed through, then top with either a cheese sauce or Alfredo sauce, or even a tomato sauce. Your choice on the sauce. If you have extra potatoes, stew and noodles then make lasagna rolls. Spread the potatoes on the lasagna noodles and roll. Spread stew on the lasagna noodles and roll. Bake at 375 until warmed through and top with your favorite sauce. Instead of the stew you can use chicken pot pie filling or turkey pot pie filling or even sausage gravy for a breakfast idea. Also try a layer of shredded beef or pork or any kind of shredded meat would work for this lasagna. Enjoy...
