Shredded Beef Macaroni and Cheese Bake

Here's what you need  For the pasta part: Homemade shredded beef from a 1 - 2 pound roast I (1 pound) bag of elbow macaroni pasta cooked and buttered  Complete Seasoning to taste (I used 3tbsp) Mix the beef, pasta and seasoning together and set aside. Homemade cheese sauce: 1 stick salted sweet cream butter  1/4 cup flour 6 - 8 cups 2% milk 1 cup half n half  3 tbsp complete seasoning  1 bag shredded three cheese blend 1 bag shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese  1 bag shredded mild cheddar cheese  1/2 c parmesan/ramano cheese blend  1) In pot melt the butter and add the flour to make a roux, then of the heat add the milk and half n half. 2) next add the seasoning and sour just until sauce starts to thicken and remove from heat. 3) add the cheese and stir. 4) add cheese sauce to the pasta mix and stir. 5) put into a disposable foil baking pan and bake at 350 degrees until nice and hot. Loaded Baked Potato Soup

6 large Idaho potatoes (baked) 2  large yellow onions.chopped 2 tbsp chopped garlic  8 ribs celery chopped  1 - 2 packages low sodium bacon baked until crispy and chopped  1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese  1/2 cup chopped scallions  1 container sour cream  1 cup half n half  1 box chicken or vegetable stock  1) saute onions, celery and garlic until soft. 2) add the potatoes and heat through, then add stock. 3) add half n half and simmer for 10 minutes. 4) add the bacon, sour cream, cheese and scallions and enjoy. This freezes well.

Homemade Rice Crackers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees  For small batch: 1 cup cooked rice (cooked in stock or broth) 2 eggs beaten 2tbsp complete seasoning  2-4 tbsp sesame seeds  1/2 - 1 cup rice flour For larger batch: 4cups cooked rice  8 eggs beaten  4 tbsp complete seasoning  4-6 tbsp sesame seeds  1 - 2 cups rice flour  Combine all ingredients until dough forms. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray  Roll dough out thin and cut into desired shape and put on the cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray and top with sesame seeds. Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove parchment paper from cookie sheet and let crackers cool completely. Enjoy
