Shredded Beef Macaroni and Cheese Bake

Here's what you need 
For the pasta part:
Homemade shredded beef from a 1 - 2 pound roast

I (1 pound) bag of elbow macaroni pasta cooked and buttered 

Complete Seasoning to taste (I used 3tbsp)

Mix the beef, pasta and seasoning together and set aside.

Homemade cheese sauce:
1 stick salted sweet cream butter 
1/4 cup flour
6 - 8 cups 2% milk
1 cup half n half 
3 tbsp complete seasoning 
1 bag shredded three cheese blend
1 bag shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese 
1 bag shredded mild cheddar cheese 
1/2 c parmesan/ramano cheese blend 

1) In pot melt the butter and add the flour to make a roux, then of the heat add the milk and half n half.
2) next add the seasoning and sour just until sauce starts to thicken and remove from heat.
3) add the cheese and stir.
4) add cheese sauce to the pasta mix and stir.
5) put into a disposable foil baking pan and bake at 350 degrees until nice and hot. At least 1/2 hour no longer then 45 minutes. 
You can top with cheese and bake until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. But this step is not necessary.
