Chicken Broccoli & Basmati Rice

 4 - 6 cups chopped homemade rotisserie chicken (white & dark meat) 4 bunches of scallions chopped 2 heads fresh broccoli chopped 1 seasoning packet from chicken ramen 1/2 cup water 2 tblsp all-purpose seasoning 4 cloves fresh garlic chopped 2 1/2 cups basmati rice cooked 1) saute scallions and garlic for 5 minutes. 2) add broccoli and saute until almost tender. 3) add the all-purpose seasoning and the chicken seasoning from the ramen and add the water to make a sauce 4) add the cooked basmati rice and chicken toss together. 5) let rice and chicken get warmed up in the sauce and vegetables and serve. Now with this mixture you can add ragu cheese sauce for a change of pace. Enjoy this recipe and please share with family and friends.

HomeMade New England Clam Chowder

 3 large yellow onions chopped 2 Tblsp chopped fresh garlic 6 ribs celery chopped 2tblsp extra virgin olive oil 1 (8oz) bottle clam juice 2 tblsp all-purpose seasoning 1 bag shelled little neck clams from the asian market plus the liquid 1 large carton half n half 1/2 cup all-purpose flour water 1) Saute the vegetables and garlic in extra virgin olive oil until tender. 2) add the all-purpose seasoning and stir to combine. 3) add the clam juice, liquid from the clams and simmer for ten minutes. 4)add the half n half and simmer for ten more minutes. 5) mix the flour and water until smooth and add to the broth and let thicken for 5 minutes. 6) add the clams and simmer for ten minutes and serve. you may want to add salt while eating the chowder but that is up to you, Please enjoy this recipe and share it with family and friends
