Bok Choy/Brussel Sprout Rice Burgers

Chopped bok choy cooked Chopped brussel sprouts cooked Chopped bulb green onions cooked Leftover Cooked rice 2 - 4 eggs 1/4 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour All-purpose seasoning to taste Grated Parmesan cheese Combine all ingredients in large bowl Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Form mixture into burger shape and airfry at 325 degrees for 15 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with favorite dipping sauce. No need for bread.

Chicken/broccoli Rice Burgers

Leftover cooked rice Chopped cooked chicken (rotisserie or airfried) Chopped cooked broccoli Chopped scallions 2 - 4 eggs Grated Parmesan cheese All-purpose seasoning to taste  1/4 - 1/2c all-purpose flour Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Form into burger shape and airfry at 325 - 350 degrees depending on your air fryer or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. No need for bread because the rice is your carbs.

Steak Ricecakes with Leftover Steak & Rice

Left over cooked steak chopped  Leftover cooked rice 2 eggs All-purpose seasoning to taste  1/4 c - 1/2c all-purpose flour Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Spoon a small amount of the rice mixture onto the cookie sheet and flatten. Airfry at 325 - 350 degrees and cook for 15 - 25 minutes or until golden brown and heated through. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
