Chicken/broccoli Rice Burgers
Leftover cooked rice
Chopped cooked chicken (rotisserie or airfried)
Chopped cooked broccoli
Chopped scallions
2 - 4 eggs
Grated Parmesan cheese
All-purpose seasoning to taste
1/4 - 1/2c all-purpose flour
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Form into burger shape and airfry at 325 - 350 degrees depending on your air fryer or until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
No need for bread because the rice is your carbs.
