Airfried Tuna Ricepaper wraps
These little tuna ricepaper wraps are delicious. Ingredients: 1)Two cans tuna oil drained 2)Two packs Minute rice butter and sea salt 3)Fresh corn off the cob (3ears of corn) sauted 4)6 eggs beaten 5)2 tbsp garlic herb seasoning 6)1 bag fresh spinach sauteed and chopped 7)1 container micro greens sauted with the spinach 8)1 package ricepaper triangles 9 white and black sesame seeds 10) 2 eggs beaten to dip ricepaper in 11) 1/4 cup cornstarch Instructions: 1) put the rice in a bowl and ad the 6 beaten eggs and stir. 2) next add the rest of the ingredients to the rice and mix. 3) add the cornstarch and mix. 4) dip ricepaper triangles in the egg wash. 5) put a spoonful of tuna rice mix in the center.
