Airfried Tuna Ricepaper wraps

These little tuna ricepaper wraps are delicious.

Ingredients:
1)Two cans tuna oil drained 
2)Two packs Minute rice butter and sea salt 
3)Fresh corn off the cob (3ears of corn) sauted
4)6 eggs beaten  
5)2 tbsp garlic herb seasoning 
6)1 bag fresh spinach sauteed and chopped 
7)1 container micro greens sauted with the spinach 
8)1 package ricepaper triangles 
9 white and black sesame seeds 
10) 2 eggs beaten to dip ricepaper in
11) 1/4 cup cornstarch 

Instructions:
1) put the rice in a bowl and ad the 6 beaten eggs and stir.
2) next add the rest of the ingredients to the rice and mix.
3) add the cornstarch and mix.
4) dip ricepaper triangles in the egg wash.
5) put a spoonful of tuna rice mix in the center. Fold the sides over the tuna mixture, the fold the bottom up, roll it up to seal it.
6) line cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray.
7) put the tuna ricepaper rolls on the tray and top with sesame seeds.
8) spray the top with cooking spray and put in the air fryer at 400 degrees until golden brown and crispy.
