Bok Choy/Brussel Sprout Rice Burgers
Chopped bok choy cooked
Chopped brussel sprouts cooked
Chopped bulb green onions cooked
Leftover Cooked rice
2 - 4 eggs
1/4 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
All-purpose seasoning to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients in large bowl
Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Form mixture into burger shape and airfry at 325 degrees for 15 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
No need for bread.
