Homemade Rice Crackers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
For small batch:
1 cup cooked rice (cooked in stock or broth)
2 eggs beaten
2tbsp complete seasoning
2-4 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 - 1 cup rice flour
For larger batch:
4cups cooked rice
8 eggs beaten
4 tbsp complete seasoning
4-6 tbsp sesame seeds
1 - 2 cups rice flour
Combine all ingredients until dough forms.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray
Roll dough out thin and cut into desired shape and put on the cookie sheet.
Spray with cooking spray and top with sesame seeds.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove parchment paper from cookie sheet and let crackers cool completely.
