appitizers two ways

 Steak Appitizer:

Leftover grilled steak

saltine crackers

grated 3 blend cheese

1 stick unsalted butter melted

all-purpose seasoning

1) add seasoning to melted butter and brush it onto the crackers.

2) put the crackers in a preheated 350 degree oven until golden brown, remove from oven and set aside.

3) slice the steak into thin slices.

4) put 2 pieces of steak onto crackers and top with the cheese.

5) put into 350 degree oven to melt the cheese.

6) serve on a platter or the cookie sheet.


Lamb & Pork Appitizer:

saltine crackers

1 stick unsalted butter melted

all-purpose seasoning

1 package lamb stew meat

1 package ground pork

2 eggs

3 cheese blend

1 cup sauteed onions

3 tblsp water

sliced baby swiss cheese


1) grind the lamb in food processor and add to a mixing bowl.

2) add all ingredients up to the water and mix.

3) next add the water and mix, set this aside.

4) add seasoning to the melted butter and brush onto the crackers, place into a preheated 350 degre oven until golden brown, remove and set aside for 5 minutes.

5) place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto the crackers and place into a 350 degree oven until the meat is cooked through, pull out of oven and top with cheese.

6) place back into the oven to melt the cheese, remove and serve.
