Stuffed Porkloin

 1 package porkloin

3 medium onions sliced

all-purpose seasoning

6 slices baby swiss cheese

2 tblsp extra virgin olive oil

toothpicks or kitchen twine 


1) in a frying pan heat oil and saute onions until soft, set aside and let cool completely.

2) remove pork loins from package and dry.

3) butterfly the pork loins , put them into a 2 gallon ziplock bag and pond to about 1/4 inch thick.

4) place the pork onto a cutting board and top with onions and cheese.

5) roll the pork into a log shape and seal the seam with toothpicks or kitchen twine and season the outside with all-purpose seasoning.

6) put the pork on a foil covered cookie sheet and put into a preheated 350 degree oven and cook for 25 -30 minutes.

7) remove from oven, cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes, slice and serve with your favorite side dishes.
