Potato Bread

1 packet of dry yeast

1/4 cup luke warm water

1 pinch sugar

Mix these together and set aside.

1 stick unsalted sweet cream butter melted

1 cup half n half

Mix together and set aside.

4 large eggs

1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes

1 1/2 tblsp garlic powder

1 1/2 tblsp onion powder

1 tblsp coarse sea salt

1 tblsp ground black pepper

Whisk these ingredients together until smooth.

Then add the yeast and butter mixture and whisk until smooth.

4 - 6 cups flour sifted

To the potato mixture start adding the sifted flour and mix with hand until a nice dough forms and knead until smooth.

This can be done in a stand mixer but is better by hand.

Once dough is formed put into an oiled bowl, cover with a towel and set aside to rise for 2 hours.

Form into buns, dinner rolls or a loaf. Cover and let rise again until double in size.

Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

Enjoy.
