Salmon Cakes

 1 1/2 lb fresh salmon

1 can chick peas Rinsed and drained

1/2 onion finely chopped

4 cloves garlic finely chopped

1 egg


1) chop fish into small chunks and set aside in a bowl.

2) in food processor pure chick peas, onion, garlic and egg.

3) add 1/4 cup of chick pea mixture to the fish and mix.

4) in a sauté pan heat some oil and scoop fish mixture into pan in 4 portions.

5) brown for 2 minutes on first side then flip and cook for 2 minutes on second side.
